Why Abortion Should Not Be Forbidden?

Most arguments highlight abortion as the termination of life. Those are tending to be argued harshly focusing on the life of the unborn baby. Likewise, there are elements around a pregnancy, which can result into complications for the females. Not every woman is given the gift of complications in the pregnancies.

There are certain reasons why abortion should not be denied:

3. Denying access to safe abortion pills is also a class struggle as the rich can always go to other places where it is permitted & have an abortion whereas the poor cannot do this. Therefore they have to resort to risky procedures that can lead to permanent injuries or even their death.

4. Restricting abortion is more or less compulsory pregnancy which opposes the hunt & fight for freedom.

5. Prohibiting termination of pregnancy usually leads to death or everlasting health defects, joblessness, poverty, dependency, and hopelessness.

6. The anti-abortionists perception is usually based on religious beliefs and threatens the imperative separation of church and state. The law must be secular and must not be dependent on any religious ideology.

7. You get right to liberty, life, & pursuit of happiness when you are born. An embryo does not have these rights unless it is born. Therefore pregnancy termination is not a murder and does not go versus the rights of a fetus as it does not have any until born.

8. If somebody requires something donated that you have, a person is not officially obligated to donate whatever thing. These equivalents to pregnancies because an embryo does need these resources, however the mother is not lawfully obligated to keep giving this child her resources. Denying giving a person a body part is not illegal, thus terminating a pregnancy should not be illegal.

Moreover, yet when precautions are taken, mishaps can and do occur. For some families, this is not a problem. However for others, such an event can be shattering. An expected pregnancy can increase tensions, disturb stability, and drive people below the line of economic survival. The answer can be family planning. Every option should be open.
